    Sophisticated, subtle yet at the same time striking, the 'From The Ashes' is bound to be enjoyed by any who give it a try. Recipe created behind the bar at Il Caminetto in Whistler, BC.
    ingredients
    1½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    1OZ
    Aperol
    ¾OZ
    Orange Rooibos Tea Syrup
    ¾OZ
    Citric Acid or Lemon Juice
    Orange Twist
    Method
    Shake the Empress 1908 Gin, Aperol and tea syrup on ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve citric acid or lemon juice on the side. Garnish with an orange twist.
