    ingredients
    1½OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    1OZ
    Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
    1/2OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    1/2OZ
    Orgeat Syrup
    Pineapple Slice
    Method
    Shake all ingredients except gin with ice. Strain into a collins glass with crushed ice, layer gin on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
