    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    6OZ
    Chai
    1OZ
    Honey
    ½OZ
    Lemon Juice
    Cinnamon Stick & Lemon Wheel
    Method
    Brew a pot of chai. Add ingredients to a double walled of stemmed glass and top with chai. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel. Enjoy!
