    The classic bees knees, all dressed up for fall. Traditional honey sweetness is complimented by the burst of apricot jam and warm cinnamon spice. Cozy up by the fire with the Queen Bee in hand! Created by Empress 1908 Gin NY Brand Ambassador, Tracey Eden.
    ingredients
    2OZ
    Empress 1908 Gin
    ¾OZ
    Lemon Juice
    ½OZ
    Honey Syrup
    1TSP
    Apricot Jam
    Cinnamon Stick, or Powder
    Method
    Shake ingredients with lots of ice, and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a shaved cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder.
