    Empress 1908 Gin
    3/4OZ
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    3/4OZ
    Simple Syrup
    3/4OZ
    Egg White
    Edible flowers
    Method
    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain to remove ice. Shake again without the ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
